The most impressive natural sights are the snow-capped peaks of the high mountains in the Himalayas. The highest peaks in Bhutan are over 7,000 m (23,000 ft) high. It was a great view from the Dochula Pass.
The national animal of Bhutan is the Takin. It is a curious looking animal, it looks like a cross between a goat and a cow. It is as high as a large cow, but not quite as heavy. Other than that I didn't see any animals. You have to hike deep into the mountains to see anything else.
